BNA ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you access or use the BNA platform and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

- Profile image or avatar
- Account credentials and authentication data
- Prompts, chat messages, and any content you submit to the Service
- Payment-related identifiers (managed by DodoPayments — see Section 1.4)
1.2 Project and Generated Content Data
To provide continuity across sessions and improve our AI models, we store the prompts you submit, the generated code and application structures produced by BNA, project configurations, deployment history, and credit usage records.
1.3 Automatically Collected Technical Data
We automatically collect limited technical information, including:
- Device type, operating system, and browser version
- IP address and approximate geographic region
- Session activity, feature interactions, and navigation patterns
- Error logs, crash reports, and performance diagnostics
1.4 Payment Information
Credit purchases are processed by DodoPayments, our third-party payment processor. BNA does not directly collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details. We may receive transaction confirmation, subscription status, and anonymized identifiers from DodoPayments. Your payment data is governed by DodoPayments' own privacy policy and terms of service, which you should review before making a purchase.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create, authenticate, and manage your BNA account

- Provide cross-session project continuity and history
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- Improve and fine-tune our AI systems (using anonymized data where applicable)
- Communicate account-related notices, updates, and support responses
- Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents
- Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
BNA is built on and integrates with several third-party platforms. By using BNA, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these services in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms of service. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of each applicable provider:
| Provider | Purpose | Data Processed | | ------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------ | ---------------------------------------- | | Convex | Backend database, real-time sync, authentication | User data, project data, session data | | Expo / Expo Application Services | Mobile app compilation and build infrastructure | Generated code, project configurations | | Anthropic (Claude API) | AI code generation and reasoning | Prompts, generated outputs | | Vercel | Frontend hosting and deployment | Request logs, session data | | DodoPayments | Credit purchases and billing | Payment identifiers, transaction records | | Sentry | Error monitoring and diagnostics | Error logs, stack traces | | PostHog | Product analytics | Usage events, anonymized identifiers |
We share your information with the above providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Service. All providers are required to comply with applicable data protection laws.
We may also disclose your data: (a) when required by law, court order, or governmental authority; (b) to protect the safety, rights, or property of BNA, its users, or the public; or (c) in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with reasonable advance notice.
4. AI-Generated Content and Model Training
BNA uses large language models — including the Anthropic Claude API — to generate code, application structures, and related outputs from your prompts. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs may contain errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, auditing, and validating all generated content before use or deployment.
- Your prompts and interaction data may be used, in anonymized or aggregated form, to improve BNA's AI systems.
- AI model providers (including Anthropic) may also process your prompts according to their own data usage and training policies, which you should independently review at anthropic.com.
Subject to our Terms of Service, you retain ownership of the applications and code you generate through BNA.
5. Convex Integration
BNA uses Convex as its backend infrastructure for database storage, real-time data synchronization, and authentication services. When you use BNA, your project data — including generated code, configurations, and user records — is stored in and processed by Convex. By using BNA, you acknowledge that your data is subject to Convex's privacy policy and terms of service, available at convex.dev. BNA is not responsible for Convex's data practices.
6. Expo and React Native Build Services
BNA generates Expo and React Native mobile applications on your behalf. Build and compilation processes may be executed using Expo Application Services (EAS). Any code or assets submitted for build processing are handled according to Expo's privacy policy and terms of service, available at expo.dev. BNA is not responsible for Expo's data practices.
7. Data Storage and Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and regular security monitoring. Your project data is stored securely and associated with your account.
Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information and project data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at the email below.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access, correct, delete, or export your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at hi@ahmedbna.com.
10. Cookies and Tracking
BNA uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and understand usage patterns. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect Service functionality.
11. Children's Privacy
BNA is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.
12. International Data Transfers
If you access BNA from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in a different jurisdiction. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, consistent with applicable data protection laws.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice within the Service. Continued use of BNA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
