Terms of Service

Welcome to BNA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BNA platform, website, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by BNA ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. About BNA

BNA is an CLI AI agent platform that transforms natural language prompts into full-stack, authenticated mobile applications. BNA is built on Convex (backend infrastructure), uses the Anthropic Claude API (AI code generation), leverages Expo and React Native (mobile compilation and build services), and processes payments through DodoPayments. By using BNA, you also agree to comply with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of these underlying platforms, to the extent applicable to your use.

2. Acceptance of Third-Party Terms

The Service is built on and interoperates with the following third-party platforms. By using BNA, you agree to comply with the applicable terms and policies of each:

BNA is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. If any third-party service modifies or discontinues its offering in a way that affects the Service, your continued use of BNA constitutes acceptance of such changes to the extent they affect functionality.

3. Eligibility

To use BNA, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

By using BNA, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.

4. Account Registration

Access to BNA's features requires account creation. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Keep your credentials confidential and secure at all times
  • Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach at hi@ahmedbna.com

5. Credits and Payment

5.1 Credit System

BNA's AI generation features are governed by a credit system. Credits are consumed each time you generate or modify a mobile application. Your current credit balance is displayed in your account settings. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for different operations with reasonable prior notice.

5.2 Credit Purchases via DodoPayments

Credits are purchased exclusively through DodoPayments. By making a purchase, you agree to DodoPayments' terms of service and authorize the applicable charges to your payment method. BNA does not store your payment card information. All transactions are subject to DodoPayments' processing terms, fraud policies, and applicable card network rules.

5.3 Subscription Plans

BNA may offer free and paid subscription tiers that include credit allocations and additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All prices are displayed exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Credits allocated as part of a subscription period are not refunded or carried forward beyond their specified validity window.

5.5 Refunds

All credit purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at hi@ahmedbna.com promptly. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund as appropriate. All refund disputes involving payment processing are ultimately governed by DodoPayments' refund and dispute policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BNA or any generated applications to:

  • Generate applications designed to harm, defraud, deceive, or exploit others
  • Create malware, spyware, ransomware, or any other malicious software
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Generate content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, access controls, or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute access to BNA without our prior written consent
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise the AI models powering BNA
  • Violate Convex's, Expo's, Anthropic's, DodoPayments', or any other third-party platform's acceptable use policies

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice and without refund.

7. AI-Generated Applications and Content

BNA uses AI models — primarily the Anthropic Claude API — to generate code, application structures, and related content from your prompts. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated code may contain errors, bugs, logic flaws, or security vulnerabilities. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, auditing, and validating all generated output before deployment or distribution.
  • BNA does not guarantee the fitness, accuracy, security, or completeness of any AI-generated output.
  • AI output may occasionally produce similar results for similar prompts submitted by different users. BNA makes no exclusivity guarantees on generated code.
  • Generated applications must comply with all applicable laws, platform policies (including Apple App Store and Google Play Store developer guidelines), and the terms of any services integrated into those applications.

Subject to these Terms, you own the applications and code you generate through BNA. BNA retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated prompt and output data to improve our AI systems.

8. Convex Integration

BNA uses Convex as its backend infrastructure. When you use BNA to generate an application, BNA may automatically create and manage Convex projects and deployments on your behalf. By using BNA's managed Convex integration, you authorize BNA to perform these operations. You remain solely responsible for any costs, usage overages, data, or other consequences arising from your Convex projects. BNA's use of Convex is governed by Convex's terms of service.

9. Expo and Mobile Build Services

BNA generates Expo and React Native applications. Build and compilation processes may be executed through Expo Application Services (EAS). You agree to comply with Expo's terms of service and EAS usage policies. BNA is not liable for build failures, delays, or data loss caused by Expo's infrastructure.

Distribution of generated applications via the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other channel is your sole responsibility and must comply with the respective platform's developer agreements and review guidelines.

10. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by BNA — including the platform, AI systems, user interface, logos, branding, and documentation — are owned by BNA or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any BNA proprietary content without prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CODE WILL BE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BNA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES INTEGRATED THEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL BNA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO BNA IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BNA, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any applications you generate, distribute, or deploy using BNA.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to BNA at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the Service. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of credit purchases or subscription fees, except as required by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice within the Service. Your continued use of BNA after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the applicable location, or binding arbitration where required or permitted by law.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Restore Purchases policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BNA regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
