Restore Purchases

If you previously purchased credits or subscribed to a BNA paid plan and your access is no longer reflected — for example after signing in on a new device or browser — you can restore your access without being charged again.


How to Restore Your Access

  1. Sign in to BNA using the same account (email or OAuth provider) you used when you originally subscribed or purchased credits.
  2. Navigate to Settings in the top navigation bar.
  3. Under the Subscription or Credits section, click Restore Access.
  4. BNA will verify your entitlement status via DodoPayments. If an active subscription or credit balance is found, it will be restored immediately.

When Should You Restore?

You may need to restore access if:

  • You signed in with a different browser or device
  • You used a different sign-in method (e.g., GitHub vs. Google)
  • Your paid features appear locked despite a prior purchase or active subscription
  • Your credit balance is not reflecting a completed purchase
  • You recently cleared your browser data or cookies

Requirements

  • You must be signed in with the same account (same email and OAuth provider) used to make the original purchase.
  • For subscription restoration, your subscription must still be active and not yet expired at the time of the restore.
  • An internet connection is required to verify your entitlement status with DodoPayments.
  • Credit-only purchases are restored to the account under which they were purchased and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Troubleshooting

Restore shows no active subscription or credits

Make sure you are signed in with the exact same account — same email address and OAuth provider — that was used to make the original purchase. BNA cannot transfer subscriptions or credit balances between accounts.

I cancelled but my billing period hasn't ended

Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period even after cancellation. Try signing out and back in to refresh your entitlement status, then attempt the restore again.

DodoPayments restore is not working

Try signing out of BNA, clearing your browser cookies, and signing back in. Then attempt the restore again. If the issue persists, you may contact DodoPayments support directly, as your transaction records are managed by them. You can also contact BNA support with your account email and transaction ID, and we will assist in coordinating with DodoPayments.

Credits purchased but not showing in my balance

Credit balances are updated in real time upon successful payment confirmation from DodoPayments. If you completed a payment and your balance was not updated within 5 minutes, use the Restore Access option above. If the issue continues, contact us immediately at hi@ahmedbna.com with your transaction details.


Refund Policy

All credit purchases and subscription fees paid through DodoPayments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Restoring access does not constitute a new charge.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge, please contact us promptly at hi@ahmedbna.com and we will investigate. All refund disputes involving payment processing are ultimately governed by DodoPayments' refund and dispute policies.

BNA subscriptions and credit purchases are managed through DodoPayments. BNA does not have direct access to your payment card information.
